Car : 2001 Cavalier 4 dr
Speaker : Lanzar opti1532D (15") dual 2 ohm
Amp : Lanzar opti2000d (1600rms into 1 ohm)
As for the choice of sealed over ported : I'm looking for a tight precise bass response as opposed to bass with poor attack and decay...
In regards to my choice of inverting the driver : even though it's a 15" woofer, surprisingly it only requires 1.5 cuft for a sealed enclosure and the magnet and basket assembly is aesthetically pleasing so I would like to have it shown...

I'm thinking of fiberglassing the well itself (with a layer of b-quiet between the metal and fiberglass) having a 4" lip over the edge. I will then use "bulldog" epoxy to glue and screw a piece of 3/4 inch mdf to the top of the well onto the lip for speaker mounting....

Any suggestions or advice...
