Nah, my substantive is a 2, but I'm an acting 3.. I'm just hoping to get a permanent 3 somewhere.
Not sure if it would be at Fitz or not. It's a pretty big competition with a lot of positions open. I think the idea is just to create a pool so a bunch of different ITB groups can pick from it..
