ok, so I did some deeper searching, and I think its in my best interests to just go get a new deck, i really have my mind set on the pioneer premier deh p880prs mainly because of aesthetics, I like the 2 round knobs on either end, and it has the ability to actually be hooked into the factory dimming circuit that many decks I've seen lack. and it has the 3pair 5v preouts where as my current premier deck only has 2pair 2v preouts. thats where I was confusing myself, I really like the pioneer premier for reasons unbeknownst to man. If anyone has any ideas on a better deck in the same price range (under 600) I am open for suggestion, I am really choosing on the look of the unit though, but if anyone feels that the deh p880prs lacks something necessary I would like to know, the reviews are all pretty positive and its features seem pretty advanced for the cost.
