prs880 is a good unit featurewise and will do all that you want for a 3-way active setup. I don't think there are too many other current model units that will do this. (9855/53 is last year's but I'm not sure if you can get one these days). If I had to get a deck at this point for your duties, 880 would be it.

Could you please provide some details on the speakers that you are going to use?
I'm somewhat puzzled by your frequency range mentioned in the first post for each driver.
