If you aren't getting the amount of bass that pleases you, you can try turning the gain up on your amplifier or turning up the subwoofer output on your deck. Don't turn your gain too high or you'll run in to clipping issues. As for the door speakers, you could try increasing the gain there as well. Honestly, the best thing you could do it play with settings yourself. You car should be tuned to how YOU want to hear it and not the installers.
