| You can take it apart to get the CD out. It requires a very small set of screw drivers, and be very carefull.
I've taken my alpine apart twice. First time it was just a warped CD, nothing wrong with the unit. 2nd time, there was nothing wrong with the CD. I got it all back together, installed again, only for the next CD to jam. Took it to an authorized service center, they put in a new servo for $75 and it's like new.
