there are two ways to disable the alarm system, remote and ign key unless they poped your hood and diconected the bat and had the hood pin disconected, but i really think that someone has a transmitter to your car.
now to make shure that no one can do that again go in to your car and reprogram your remotes, this will forget all the previous codes and only see yours. its very easy, all you have to do is put the key in the ignition cycle it 3 times on off on off on the park lights will flash, hit any button on the first remote the lights will flsah then hit any button on the second remote. this has to be done in or under 15 seconds. once you do that the only transmitters that will work are yours
