I could have definitely reported them...Got a little lucky because I remembered them road testing a vehicle from our car dealership neighbour where I got their personal information (driver's license,cellno.) and was able to talked and gave them an option to either return or pay for the merchandise. Less than an hour later, his friends showed up with money and were gonna do something to teach these guys a lesson but fortunately got too busy dealing with other valued customers. May be next time if any...
