| The Amateur Bass Challange will be intergrated into the Db Drag part of the event. What this means is that your Db Drag qualifying and elimination scores will be counted towards your Amateur Challange scores.
Everyone who enters Amateur Bass Challange will be given TWO qualifying runs and at least one elimination run. All of which will be counted towards your Amateur Bass Challange score. Your highest number out of all your Db Drag qualifying and elimination runs is your top score for Amateur Bass Challange.
There will be 2 classes. A1: Up to 1200 RMS watts of total subwoofer amp power A2: 1201 - 2000 RMS watts of total subwoofer amp power
There is no amplifier swapping allowed. The amplifier(s) you enter with must be the same amplifier(s) you compete with thruout the course of the event.
Number and size of speakers does not matter. Your Amateur Bass Challange class will be determined when you register.
If your box is taller than half way of your side, rear window you will automatically be placed in A2 class.
For Amateur Bass Challange your rear seats do not need to be functional, but remember that having non function rear seats will put you in the higher Db Drag class.
There is a good change that people who are not in the same classes for Db Drag will be in the same Amateur Bass Challange classes, and visa versa, so don't get confused.
There will be trophies for 1st - 3rd for both Amateur Bass Challange classes.
