Competitors must have copies of the sales receipts for their equipment, proving that the equipment was purchased through standard retail channels. If requested, the competitor must be able to immediately provide them. Failure to immediately provide a proper bill of sale showing that the equipment was bought through standard retail channels may result in reclassification to the Advanced or Ultimate Divisions.
