C.S.P.L is free to compete as is DB DRAG and Iasca. This year there wil be a C.S.P.L membership to make things more interesting. You will need to purchase a C.S.P.L membership before your second competition to receive your points. I will be adding some huge incentives to those that purchase a membership.
