Then you already have your answer......S&S is the shop that Gemsen sends the Kicker product still under warranty to do the actual repair. Drop the amp at Selective Sounds on Millcreek and they will call you when it has been fixed and returned to them.
For the record, very few repairs get turned around within 2 days, unless the product is still covered by warranty. In these cases, a new unit has been sent to replace the dud. If yours needs to be repaired by a bench tech, count on at least 5 business days to get it done. You could speed that up by driving to Scarborough, but it still takes time to fix electronic equipment correctly......
