6.5" component set would do fine for the fron and anywhere from 70watts rms to 100 will do personnaly i didnt see a difference when i powered mine from 40 watts to 110watts lol ohh and the rear speakers would fit 6x9"

the front fits 4x6" with an adapter you should be allright with 6.5"
