obviously, if you're having someone work on your car, you'd inform them of the dangers, and how to avoid them.

thanks for all the posts guys... I think something semi perminant in your vehicle is the best way
I was thinking of putting some board in the trunk after the box too and assemling it in the trunk.. with glue.. brackets... etc...

then your stuff can't come out of the trunk without them cutting that board or something... know what I mean.. good idea?

I had a can of pepperspray on a homemade actuator rigged on the starter kill of my last car...

can froze in winter and went dead...

I'd like 2 cans for my new car... one inside on a proximity sensor and one in the trunk on a pin switch in the (locked) wheel well where my amps are...

I also need alarm/siren back up power... anyone got some tips ?

Obviously, any competent person would refuse to work on your car if you informed them there were razor blades anywhere stashed away.

Isn't pepperspray illegal unless your in a profession that provides you with it for protection uses?

isn't that illigal... isn't that illigal...

Don't be such a weeny

If I caught someone breaking into my car I just might do something illigal on top of that...

You can buy .5% capcium pepper spray at almost any gun store in ontario.. for use agianst dogs... if you used it in self defence, you probably wouldn't get charged...

If someone got blasted while breaking into your car and stumbled out into traffic and got hit... you might be in a lil trouble...

</font>
I work law enforcement. If it says something to the effect of that it if for use on humans OR regardless of what it says, you use it on a human, it is a prohibited weapon.

All I'll say is I hope I don't have the time to get at my guns if I catch some bastard breaking in to my car.
