Sorry forgot to mention that the zed amp has on board crossovers that will make a lesser amp cry on it's circuit board.

pretty much all subs will measures quite a bit below 'rated load'. under real world conditions the nominal impedance goes up substantially when the coils heat up... and most amps are quite cabable of pushing the lower load when the coils are still cool (or in the case that they don't heat up much)

most 4ohm coils will read about 3 ohms using a multi meter and measured nom. impedance will only be a couple points up from that.....

I was only mentioning it because there was a problem when the first version of the Minilith came out. Since then, Mr. Mantz has corrected the issue however I just thought I would mention it.
