You listened to both side by side decided how much you where willing to spend and now your happy. Even though I am a internet guy very hard to decide on certain products via the net without a listen.

Well, the $ value was close enough for me to ignore that part. Got a heck of a deal on the speakers. only ended up maybe 50$ more then i was expecting to pay.

Now i just need a nice pair of 4x6 (or 4" with plate), some power wire, oh, and a vehicle to put it all in, and im done

Clarion and Infinity both have a nice plate 4x6"

as does JL Audio.

Gonna hit local shop again, and try all 3 out, once i get another 100-150$ saved up.

Never heard the Infinity, but hated Clarion and Pioneer. Alpine was waaaay better to my ears.
