Do you have a friend with a digital multimeter? They can be bought for $20 at canadian tire. All you have to do is pull the sub and put the red lead on the postive terminal and the black on the negative and you'll get the resistance.

oh ok that's it? I will do that then! and that will tell me how many ohms max the sub is?
