Alpine CDA-9830 No Power DADK

Hey all, I have a Alpine CDA-9830 that is a DADK (Dead as a Door Knob), tested fuses and wiring and all is good, has anyone ever had this happen with this HU? Anyone have any experience in repairing HU's? Just curious if it be a cheap thing to fix or not... paid 30 bucks for the thing so was hoping it be easy fix but so far.... im not so sure lol...
