Just wanted to add my recent findings on this headunit to the database of information we got here.
If anyone is considering buying this deck...

...read this thread first! It should answer things NOT found in the manual.
Here are some brief technical specs from measurements and tests I've run on it with my oscilloscope...
Full volume on this unit is labelled as level 63.
The two pairs of RCA preouts can deliver up to 2.4 volts RMS unclipped each at full volume.
The subwoofer RCA preout clips out at about 3 volts at full volume, and distorts on the oscilloscope for more than a second when pausing or switching tracks before smoothing out.
(I would suggest not using the sub out to connect to your amp, and use one of the other pre-outs, despite the fact you will lose subwoofer volume and low-pass crossover control from your head unit.)
The built in amp clips out at volume level 56 (out of 63), before it starts to clip the output to the speakers.
The maximum unclipped voltage delivered to the speakers from the built in amp is 7.8 volts (unloaded), which at 4 ohms is approximately 15W per channel.
It can read data on DVD-R and DVD+RW discs, USB flash drives and SD memory cards but NOT SDHC memory cards.
Hope this information was useful to someone!
