CSPL is good for people like me who aren't hardcore into the hobby. My jetta could never pound, but i do okay in CPSL. Personally, i think it's great, everyone and their mother have 2 12's or 2 10's, so it's good that there is a large demographic to pull people to the shows. Saying there's no point for CSPL is selfish, just because you hardcores are only in DB drag doesn't mean you should cancel a perfectly good league for people who might in the future progress into DB drag. It's the baby step before people move up to compete with you heavy-weights.

All i Have to say if it was not for Richards CSPL i would not be in to this sport. He has them Local for everyone, He makes it fun for everyone. I think CSPL Is the best thing to happen to Ontario, Before this there was nothing for a few years. DBDRAG WAS DEAD

there are a lot of mixed feelings on Rich and so forth.
but the fact still remains that he is stepping up and doing something.
the fact that he has booked as many shows as he has should have no bearing on what goes on in Ontario.

As mentioned is a previous reply the vast majority of the events are CSPL based and not dB Drag so to sit and complain that he is hording or whatever you want to call it is BS..

People have the option if they want to go to either his CSPL event or to a dB Drag sactioned event.

Whatever the issues people have with Rich, one thing they cannot do is to degrade his efforts

give up on the east and go out west like vanacouver B.C we would love to have 26 shows here

Christ, I wish we had just one event down here on the rock. We literally have nothing at all! At least in the 2 years I've been in the scene. Technically there is no scene down here, not that I've really seen anyways. Just a few of us meeting on a lot, and that's not exclusivley for car audio, just modified cars in general. I'd kill to see even one event like this a year!
