| so i found a source for a couple parts for my car.... trouble is he is in new york, and he doesnt have paypal.
I'm going to send him a money order for 50 bucks. what additional steps may i take to do this safely?

| send a cheque... it's a little more expensive to send a cheque in US funds, but you can cancel a cheque, and can tell if he cashes it. | |

| try and find a mediator...a middle man that you can both agree on who can hold the money and the product until the transaction is made. it's probably not going to be easy in your situation, but it's another suggestion....
