Edmonton has alot coming through this year. Recently announced have been:
Megadeth - sept 6th
NIN - nov 20
Judas Priest - oct 20

On top of these shows currently booked:
Motley Crue (again), Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, System of a down, Robert Plant, Def Leppard, The Doors, Sounds of the underground tour, Santana, and (if anyone cares) Avril Lavinge.
Pretty exciting year!

If there wasn't much going on, I probably would have taken the dive and bough stones tix for Calgary, but you can only spend so much money on going to shows. I wanted to go so Hoobastank in Great Falls, MT too, but same story.

System of a Down.....hmmmm....I would have to agree with what Liam Gallager stated regarding this band: "System of a Down isn't just the worst band that is or has ever been but is also the worst that will ever be."

Pretty funny coming from one of the most over-hyped under-performing band of all time.
But hey, they are bigger than the beatles though arn't they.

I myself am seeing Bob Dylan this Friday night...thats allI have booked for conecrts this summer so far...

I may not be any big SOAD fan, but that is coming from the worst front man of any major act, ever. I remember seeing MTV unplugged when his brother sang lead instead. What a difference that made.

I said I agreed with their view on the band. That does not mean I like Oasis any better as a band.

I understand it was just used as a quote, not saying you think oasis is any better. I just think that's crazy coming from such a lousy musician as he is.
