Hey im looking to buy some kicker S12L7's. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on these subwoofers, and also, does anyone know where i could purchase them around the Niagara Falls area?

very loud, but power hungry, Just make sure you are under powered, or you'll be re-coning them very soon. The older versions(2004, 2001, etc) had a soldering flaw that would cause the leads to fall off, but the 2006 model had that problem fixed(interwoven thru the spider). If you could find a good deal, or a shop with over the counter exchange(kicker does not include this with their warranty, nor do they cover burned coils), then go for it, otherwise, spend the money on some alpine type x's or some nicee DD's. I was running kicker last year in comp, and switched to alpine type r's. way Cheaper price, for equivilent sound. same ratings, and smaller reccomended boxes.

Come out to my show on Sunday there will be enough people there running kicker thats all that people run in Niagara Falls. P.s that is also what my next setup will be 3 solox 10s.
