Wow this has gotten out of hand.

When a few of us first started the whole Canadian record list, we just used the highest certified score (we did not take backup score into consideration at all).

I know Nick being old school is used to Canadian's setting World Records where you need to have the high backed up score.

Also Sam Horn stated at the show to set any record you need to back it up, he was referring to World Records and North American Records I beleive.

We could do it either way, take the highest certified score or take the backed up score - this just needs to be consistant.

Personally I think it's easier to just take the highest certified score.

Either way Canadian's should not be fighting each other, we should be helping each other.

Ok cry babies like chris said im old school since i have been doing this before most of you even had a radio in your car or even had a licence we will let Dustin have the record. So speek up get your rep who ever you want it to be to come forward and lets set the rules so we wont have anymore bs. To reply to your other question no Chris Barclay did not make these rules another thing our score or installs all got checked By Sam Horn if that ok with James and 2 other judges. So set it up post the way you babies want to do it and us Easterners will go with it because Ray is the only one that has the right to make rules according to you guys.

i just think some consistency is the key. To my knowledge its been done by certified score lately although backing it up doesnt seem like a bad idea...I dont believe any westerners were notified that their record scores (other than if they were to set a WR) had to be backed up.

James and VO didnt go all out both rounds to back up their scores but because it was very cool earlier in the day and thought they could get their best score then.

Also now that I look back on it, I dont think its really worth this much effort argueing when we're still 6 db behind the Euros

I agree but lets be real ... we will always be behind the euros ...
but we should back up our scores for CR even if were not close to the euros just so it's linear and everyone agrees ... either way we shouldn't argue about something like this amongst ourselves ...
let's put it to a poll or something and agree to it before the next 2x so we can put numbers up and no one argues about it ... hows that ?

I dunno if you read your db drag book but the rules are already set, If you want to have them changed, maybe you should email Wayne Harris with your ideas.

So im sorry but i have to disagree with your post that facts are facts thats why Yuli did not sandbag any runs.

I give the score to Dustin as he has done the score withn 0.xdb in 3 different shows...
154.6, 154.8 and 154.9... my guess is next show will be over 155
