Man I was just about to register why the heck was it cancelled. First of all making people pre-register was the worst idea of all time, but even with that I am sure most people wouldn't register until the last day. Would you get 30 cars with a 90 dollar entry fee, well I don't know about that but I have no idea why this got cancelled. By the way I really didn't need a mandatory subscription to PAS mag anyway there is nothing in there that interests me so I wish that entry fee was lower and it didn't come with a magazine subscription in the first place

I'm an enthusiast just like everyone else on here.
My participation with the event was merely to help getting a 3X event here.
I had nothing to gain whatsoever at all. But to start a whole thread so that you can trash an event is not cool. You may say thats not the case but we know otherwise as well thats what will become of this thread.

I could go on but there is no point at this time.
you've got too options right now if you want to go to another 3X.
Carlisle or the one in June. So I dont think it will be a big loss to you that this is not going to happen.

why not bash the event? least they could do is give an explanation, even tho they dont owe one it would be nice.

I am not trying to bash I am just stating facts. As far as points or certified SPL go I could care less the only reason I am dissappointed is because I like to get together with friends and sit around at stereo shows and that would have been a good one had it gone on.

They gave their explanation in their emails and that is sufficient.
why is it that all of a sudden everyone feels the need to come on here an complain when they in fact didn't register?

when did you say registration dead line was? oh right, it hasnt approached yet.

why not bash it? they said they will have a show and then they flopped. thats a good enough reason for bashing.

if they wanted people to pre register they should have set a definate dead line, much sooner than whatever you said the date was. how can anyone even talk about who did and didnt register before the dead line has even approached? or was the real dead line 2 weeks before the announced dead line? think about it.

i never really liked importfest, but now they've lost every bit of my respect. i know no one really cares but that's what it is. only makes them look like idiots.

George I know you have to be politically correct with this issue (cause of business relations) but you have to admit that they pulled the plug WAY too early on the dB drag portion. They should have at least waited for the deadline to pass.
