fill you corners with kitty hair... cover it with plastic (like the stuff you put on the wall ...think it's called vapor shield) and then roll a piece of ABS pipe into it... what ever size works best for you I used 4" and it turns out awsome smooth with very minimal sanding and for the 3 way corners use a kids rubber ball ...the plastic then peels right out and leaves a smooooooooth surface ready to be resined

Sounds awesome man... just went out and bought some kittyhair to give this a try. [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]

Just curious though... do you pull the plastic off while it's still wet... or wait until it's dry?

wait untill the stuff is dry... then it comes off..no mess... if you find the endings of the plastic keep falling down you can always mask tape it to the walls till the kitty hair dries

hope this method really helps clean up the smoothing process for you guys...if you do it right you are guaranteed to have nice rounded off SMOOTH boxes [img]smile.gif[/img] no corners [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]
