I'm looking for a place to cut me a sheet of 1/2" plexiglass for my custom enclosure. Anywhere in the GTA which does it and roughly how much?

Try these guys:

http://www.paplastics.com/

I've purchased plastic materials from them and they're reasonably priced with a variety of plastics in stock.

Most glass shops will do it for you.
Try the industrial type shops and not the Speedy Autoglass types as they usually don't have thick enough glass and usually cost more.

I went to an industrial glass place and 2'x4' was $40 for me and they cut it for free into what ever I wanted.

I beleive I got mine at ICG glass in Whitby.
905-666-8441.
If that's not the place I can give you directions to the shop. Get off at Brock St. in Whitby and go south. First lights you come to make a right. Then take the first road on your left and the shop is just on your right about 20m down the street.
