I know most of you are DIY'ers but when it comes to my car (2001 Volvo S60 T5), I'm not quite ready to figure out the wiring/electronics mess that provides life to my car.

That said, I've setup an appointment with the guys over at EasT Hamilton Radio, and was wondering, from a quality perspective, what sort of reputation they have. Thanks.

They are decent. I have dealt with them a few times and it's alwasy been a good experience.

IMO they are kinda like the big box store of car audio stores.
