Well, I have everything cut except for the subwoofer hole. I haven't started gluing or screwing yet. I decided to move the small piece holding up the port more towards the middle of the port for certain reasons. Just wondering what you guys think or if you see anything massively wrong before I put the time into screwing and gluing it all together. Thanks guys.

1 or 2 thing i see

1 i would move the port holder back form the port 1"-2" back
2 if you can flair the ends of the port
3 add 45* so there is no 90* in the box or cut some of the 4" pvc into 4 ,1/4 and add that into the corners

thats a fine box design. like he said move that brace back a bit and also dril some nice sized holes into it as well as add another brace just like that one... pvc and abs both have a resonance freq. that is close to what a sub can produce so you could get some vibrations... a good idea also is to put a very thick and fluffy but very breathable material into the port or build a small sectionto jam it into... this wil slow down the air enough to keep the sounds in the box and up db a bit.

Ok, hahaha, I got this: I waited for like half an hour and no replys exept on the fullsize chevy forum and they all said it was good. My ADHD got the best of me and I started putting it together. I skipped lunch because I wanted to get it done so bad. THANK GOD that I thought it would be a good idea to move the port holder about 2-3" away from the tip of the port. And I read something about drilling holes in the port??? I think that is still possible but unfortunatly I have it all glued and screwed together already so the curved corners and fluff and second port holder are not possible . I will post all the pictures of building it as soon as I get some time on my hands. It turned out perfect. Not one screw shot through the wood or anything. Although I broke 2 jigsaw blades cutting my sub hole because I was dumb and I cut the double thick baffle together instead of when the pieces were seperate. You will know what I mean when I post the pics. Thanks for the help guys.
