alright hear this, i have a box tht is 36" length, 18 width, 17" hight, separated, in the middle, im runnin 2 kicker com vr subs, 12", dey are 400rms each, im runnin a audio bahn a2300hct but i have dem on 2 ohms so dey give out like 1200rms, of course i turn down the gain also, i have aero round port holes, nd dey are 4" wide * 2, i would like to noe the best length of the port hole pipe, i want this sub to also hit the high notes as well, also want ultimate spl frm dez, wut hrtz would u recomend, using this for daily driving also nd want to turn some heads

Next time please post in Engish.

Assuming the box is made from 3/4 MDF, I calculated the interal volume to be 1.18ft^3 per side, without driver displacement or port displacement. This seems to be very, very small to me. If you are going to port those subs I would recommend building a new box with a larger internal volume. Please post the T/S parameters of the subs so the forum can help you with a new enclosure.

hear, i dunno where u got 1.some cubic ft, but tht box was caculated already, tht box have 4 cubic ft appx, 2cubic ft, for each compartment, 36"width of the box, and 17"height of the box, and 18" deep, port holes are 4" diameter jus want to noe the length of the pipe,
resonance frequency (fs) is - 26.1
sensitivity (db) - 86.1
subwoofer 12"
net displacement 122.1 cubic inches (2001 cc)

tht should be it.... i asume u got confused with the numberz??

Ya my bad i botched the numbers. Here is a program for calclating port length.
