Easy to make it a dual chamber cabinet, the division will act as a brace.
A small piece of wood to support the weight of the magnet.
If the woofer is stamped steel, than back-brace the back of the magnet, to the back wall of the cabinet.
i too would do this

i like the outside something new

why/how did you come size

Well i got to test the box out today and it sounds pretty good, but now i have a problem with the lights. when i turn the lights on a high pitched screech, almost like what you hear when tuning a radio, comes on and wont stop. Does anyone have a clue what this could be??? Maybe a faulty ground???

zzzzzzz - Im not quite sure what you mean by "why/how did you come size"

i used winisd and some box calculators i found on the internet to find the internal volume. plus i used some dimensions from my trunk so it would fit snug.

Yeah, and in that box with a brace or some double paneling, they will be 100 times better then what he's got there. But I didn't even know pyle made subs that big. lol
