I may be wrong but shouldn't the port be as smooth as possible to prevent air turbulence and possible mis tuning? Either way nice work .

with that much port area there is no audiable difference
between the truck bed liner and flat paint....
there is 36sq" of port area on the port itself
and it flares out to 87sq" at the opening of the flare

the pic was taken 5 minuts after painting to it is still
all lumpy and wet looking...it actually flattens out
alot when it cures
