Cardboard is your friend. Make the face out of cardboard first and see if you can remove it from the car without having to fold or twist it. If you do the face will have to be put together inside the car in at least 2 pieces.

yes i can fit it in and out in one piece no problem... rear doors wont be getting welded up till the wall is in... atm im more concerned with mounting said wall and the enclosure itself

Even with a wall an enclosure behind the woofers is needed and because of that you may not have to weld the doors shut.

I don't know what your problem is, but I'll bet it's hard to pronounce.

for the wall to be effective in the space that i have within the car, it will be approximatly half way up the rear doors, so at that point i really didnt care about modifying the car to the point of welding the doors shut once the wall is glassed into place

As long as you have access to the rear once the doors are welded, I would have to say go for it. Try to get a digital camera going and make a build log, and should you run into problems you will have pictures which allows everyone else to better help ya so much more.
