there is always someone that can find something wrong with every product
I got about 3,000 enclosures under my belt with ALOT of in car testing
and I know for a fact that if the corner fill was not there the round abouts
in the port would have more port area than the straits and would cause turbulance
acting as a choker....this would only make the enclosure behave as if it were lower
tuned and if space was an issue and the port area was on the small side port noise
would be present...a Termlab that can tell the difference as well as a set of ears
I have built enclosures with all rounded ports..there is a small improvement
the extra build time makes it very cost effective

My opinion was directed towards my methods/boxes and also to pass praise for his craftsmanship - your opinion was directed towards his design and features of that design. Bottom line the boxes are wonderfully constructed and setup properly to the driver. Yuli I bet if you asked Sub Sonic to build you a box for your TF One's - I'd put money down that you would get more db's out of them!
Anyways back to installing can't make any money making opinions
you actually see a diff on termlab with and without those small corners? I have had none when doing exactly the same thing.
try putting resin in the box.
your port area is too small then
Resin is like a mirror for sound waves....no where near as acoustically
dead as premium rangerboard.
I only use resin for the rienforcment of the flares on the MDF enclosure
