| I think bending the wood is by setting just the right height of the blade on a table saw so that it wont cut thru the wood (just barely depending on wood thickness) then space them out evenly per cut. Voila, bendable mdf. Check his pics again, you'll see it.

| i had it at 1/4" in between and 1/8" left to play with and i still had to put boiling water on it or it just broke hopefully my next box goes better lol

| your not going through far enough then, I've been doing this to MDF for years. It works well, but you need to make sure you cut enough material. The size of the Kerf cut will tell you what max/min raduis you can use.

| kerfing and shit aint hard but ya as you said trevor takes patients.... I had it easy when workin in vernon I ran a cnc router I could make it do kerfs for me and hole cut outs etc.... however I normally did that shit myself by hand...
