should be able to make a box in few hours.

when it comes to spl the break down is like this,

you should spend 30% (or less) of the time building a box and 70% (or more) of the time testing it.

If you got it other way around you are either taking too long to make a box or you are not testing extensively enough.

so if i was you i'd take 1 day to make a box and 2 days testing it.

the box that Tom Adams used to do the 154.1 in St. A was rebaffeled on both sides, reglued, re ported, tuned and tested all in about 6 hours. Tom is crazy like that. He was burping it with glue and silicone comming out of the seams.

Les is crazy too, he can build a box in 40 minutes and have it ready for testing.

Too bad Im not as intense as these guys. Takes me about a week to make a box and then 3 weeks to test it.
