| k so i installed a guys innovatek 393 dvd single din unit yesterday and wen i hook up the wire for the parking break the fuse blows it only blows wen you pull up the break obviously engaging it, i checked all my connections and even tried hooking it up to power and it still blows im pretty sure its the unit is defective just wanna see if anyone has done any of these innovatek garbage and had anything similar happen and if anyone knows how i could fix this thanks derrek

| Maybe I'm just not up to date on todays tech.... but what is the relationship between your deck and the parking brake? Is it part of a security setup or something? |

| Parking break line is so that he can watch the DVD.... it's disabled if the brake isn't engaged.

| is there anyway you can over fuse it like a 40amp or something? not sure it will work but i guess its worth a try?
