Can I run a single 2 ohm sub off the Zapco ag750?
What are my options?
Is the load too much for this amp?

I ran a 1 ohm load on my AG 350 on one channel. That is basically the same as 2 ohms bridged.

It went into protect when I had my HU turned up but alwasy came out.

It didn't seem like a good option for daily though.

The AG series line amps are good for 4 ohm bridged(mono) or 2 ohm stereo(2-channel) operation.

1 ohm is a no-no !!!!

Get another amp or sub cuz a single 2 ohm sub off 1 chanell wont give you anything.

Thanks guys! I actually rewired the sub to 8 ohms (read 6.3 ohms on the multimeter) and it sounds awesome! Still had to turn the amp gain to near zero......
2 Thumbs up for Zapco!
