Just thought I would post this little addition and show just how strong the RE dust caps really were (Subs have been redesigned):

Short Video

The XXX10 in that picture weighs about 54 LBS

The really torture should happen tonight if I have time (got a web update to do that should have been finished long ago). Man I love having this digi cam

Alright guy's, give me some ideas of how you'd liketo see this thing die! Can't smoke the coil though. Has to be a physical death although I can cut stuff up to do it

Why can't you smoke the coil?

I can't get those videos to work. Everything downloads and then the browser sayd that it can't play the video because come component is missing.

Can you make a video with a cat? Put a sleeping cat on the sub, then plug it into the wall

What about subwoofer bungee jumping?

How about building a cylinder the same diameter as the sub about two feet tall, so the objects don't bounce off and away. Then place different objects on the cone, and plug the sub into the wall. Start out small (Gallagher style) with some juicy fruit, then work you way up to bouncing cinder blocks on the cone.

get as much power as you can...like i mean strap 2 amps per coil, and see how long it will play 10 hz for
