Which one is better?
I have a MTX TA3202, it seems not strong enough for my Pioneer ts-w256c 10" sub...and also it always overheat ( shut down itself ). Does TA3202 really not strong enough for it or anyway to solve the overheat problem? Should I buy another amp? 6500d is one of my choices. thanks

personally, having heard the two in real world situations, I'd take the Pioneer. It sounds good, real fat bass, handles more power, and I like the new styling. Now if it was an RF p3, I'd go that route. To me the P1's and P2's are o.k., but the P3 is very good. Anyway, my opinion, you should go and listen to them in a proper set up, if you can.

I have 2 of those Pioneer's in a slot ported box in the Grand Prix, powered by a Alpine MRP 650 (600W RMS 2ohm) They POUND.

I got them both for $150 with taxes at Best Buy, I figured for the price it was worth a shot.
