says 12.5 volts power Rms .... 500 watts power at 2 ohms.

then says 14.4 volts dynamic power ..... 750 watts power at 2 ohms..

question is dynamic power just means an up in volts or is it a different measurement of power like PEEK power

Its maximum RMS output into a reactive load at 14.4V...

Basically burst power in RMS #s into a 2ohm reactive load (simulates a 2ohm voice coil with no power compression)

Generally, I think the test signal is at 1Khz with 10cycles on 400cycles off...
