| Login in to your profile, go to edit profile - you'll see the option for avatar - click it, then you'll see "Select a different Avatar Image", click it
Then you'll see a bunch of prefab ones - you can pick one of those, or use the "Use Custom URL" to enter a url to an image online that you'd like to use.
Please resize your image to 100 x 100
Sorry, there's no way to automatically change the "your picture" url's to the avatar ones - so those with pictures already will need to manually make this change.

| OK, for some reason it won't let me limit only the width (to prevent wide images that mess up formatting) so I need to force width and height.
It's set to display the image as 100 x 100, so please resize your images to that size (or atleast a 1:1 ratio, but larger images will just slow the load time for people on slow connections) | |
