| Larger or smaller for the screen size. As in 6.5" for the Pioneer or 7" for the Eclipse? Personal preference, I'll take the Eclipse for tonal response, ease of use, 3 year no charge warranty + 1 year free replacement if stolen (in the first year) and it has a great picture. |

| our store has the kenwood KVT-617DVD on display right now...picture is awesome, and very easy to use.
we also have the JVC AVX-2, screen is smaller, 3.5 in wide screen, but with this you don't have any motorized parts that you have to worry about. It has face plate tilt....and super clean crisp picture, I've accually thought about buying myself one of them.
take a look at those 2 unit, you might like them

| I'm using alpines double din IVA-W200. I haven't had a ton of experience with various screens, other than when i was looking around for this one and playing. All in all, i'm super happy with this screen. I love the pulse touch and am happy with all the expandibility possible, along with all the features you have within the deck.

| ^ agreed.
I like the Alpine IVA-D900 the screen is 1.15 million megapixels.
Sick, deck...awesome picture, sounds great and works with the H701.
Hopefully your wallet is heavy, otherwise, maybe look at the Alpine IVA-D310, also works with the H701, and again, looks mint, nice picture and sounds nice too. |

| my friend has an Alpine iva-d310 and i have to say I would buy one in a heart beat...if it played dvd-a (full surround, not that 2ch. mixdown b.s). It's a nice unit with tons of features and great performance. The pulse touch is really cool and it looks great. As soon as Alpine brings out a dvd player/screen that plays dvd-a under 1000.00, I'm there!
