| I just installed a Tu-600 into my setup, swapped it in after selling my USA300. Defintely notice a change in Sound quality, everything sounds much smoother, more detailed and warmer. When you say extreme cost, how much is it gonna cost you to get one? I definitely would pick another one up if I have the opportunity for a good price. |

| well, I was quoted in the $1000 neighbourhood for the two-channel...
I dont even know if that is a good price or not, I was just kind of shooting the sh*t with a shop owner, really

| That seems a tad bit high, but if your looking for an amazing sounding amp that would be the one. Where in Toronto are you located, I would meet up with you and let you audition it, even take it out and test it in you setup if you wanted . |

| The price seems high.
There are a lot of high quality amps at that price.
I own a US Amps TU-4360, a TU-600, a usa-1000X. I do like the tubed product line. I think I would shop that price though. And to be fair there are a lot of nice amps at that price point (Brax, Sinfoni, Tube Driver Blue, TRU, Zapco, Audison, Linear Power... and the list goes on). Do I have complaints about US Amps TU series... yes and no (perfection has not been achieved). Can I recommend it? Yes! But shop around. |

| Cool,
I wasnt even really considering actually buying one...that is actually WAY out of my price range.
I was thinking more along the lines of a $350 front stage amp...
I am still in school, after all...
I was just curious as to you'se guy's opinions on them, since they apparently are quite sweet

| $350 Canadian is a tight budget for the names I mentioned... sorry. But there is always eBay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=18796
Andy is not exactly a dealer/distributor but he is a friend of Jack the owner.
Your price point for used equipment puts you in decent shape but eBay is risky. Your price point for new equipment is a little shy of the best stuff but there is good stuff locally I am sure that wont rape and pillage the wallet. Don’t poopoo stuff because it is inexpensive.
You know that TU-4360 of mine is just sitting in the living room collecting dust...someday I will sell it or put it in another ride.
Remember with used equipment and tubed equipment you pays your money you takes your chances!
