Sorry to hear about the loss Tim. A few years back I had brought a new Chevy Dually Crew Cab with a Enclosed trailer and our Austin Mini democar to Montreal. The car was pretty cool, it had 3 18W6's and Blade amps. I had it parked in the hotel shipping dock with a extension cord from the hotel into the trailer feed a battery charger on the mini.

It had just started to rain and so I went down to the lobby to move the truck and trailer to the front of the hotel since we were doing training seminars and we wanted the dealers to see it when they got there. When I got outside and went around the corner to where the truck & trailer were there was a cut extension cord and a dry spot where the truck & trailer were. After freaking out and talking to the front desk hoping they had towed it they calmly said "We didnt tow it, 10 cars get stolen from our parking lot every week". Called the cops, they showed up and really didnt care. They just sat in their car the whole time.

Nothing ever showed up. Since then I always park our cars right at the front doors where the lobby is so everyone can see it. The hotel people are usually quite cool about it.

All this talk is making me nervous now, I just sent our JL AUDIO Volvo to the Maritimes today...Hope you hear some news Tim

It is a tough business sometimes and things like this happen. Just to let all know, my wonderfull install in my tiburon was untouched and all that was missing was my faceplate. With 100 bucks in DVD's in the glove box still there, it baffels me on how stupid the thief was. Not only did the video tapes catch them in the act, they got little to nothing. lets hope the local winnipeg police can do more than slap there wrists.

Oh Dave, my car was parked right in front of the lobby 2 stalls from handy cap parking and 24 hour security.... [img]graemlins/freak.gif[/img]

What you guys need is to buy new trailers with sleeping accomodations in them............ and a gun rack.
