this company seems to have great prices with good rates shipped to canada. anyone have any of their RCA cables? they look pretty good quality for the price.im looking for some higher quailty cables to try and reduce the whine a little. for now, i just have cheap 4$ sets

i just finished using some of the knuconcept 1/0 awg and it was the worst power wire i have ever used, it was so rigid and unflexible, i would say it was like trying to use rebar, it sucked. im sure that it works just as well as other stuff but is very un user friendly

BTW, what problem with whine do you have? Rarely it is associated with RCA's and moreso with grounds.
hi. well , i need some "Y" splitters and a couple of sets of longer cables, so i thought as well trying that company. and yeah, its probably not the cables causing RPM noise, i gotta check everything. i think its some grounds , maybe the HU. the HU is only grounded to the cars electrical ground wire behind the deck just in the noraml way the factory one was hooked up. for fun, i took 2 pieces of wire, touched a metal bracket of the car then screwed the pieces of wire to the screws on the outside of the deck. everytime i touch the metal brackets of the dash console, it decrease a little then when i let go, back to normal. any thoughts?

I used their twisted and ballanced interconnects and was very happy with them. Their shipping was so fast it was freeky, both orders were in my hands in 2 days? It would take that long to go accross BC?

Wow... that's honestly the first time I've heard someone talk bad about KnuK products.

What sort of power wire do you normally like/use in 1/0 awg?

For those who have ordered from Knu, did you have any problems with customs or duty?

I am placing an order and debating whether to have it shipped directly to Canada, or to Point Roberts (Washington State) where I usually have US orders shipped for pick-up.

I doubt it was anyyhere close to rebar... obviously you've never used rebar LOL. next time try what I used to have in my cavalier: 19 strand, 1000V 105 degree C 3/0 copper. after that, anything goes in like butter.

Cool... and which do you find to be better? (and why?)

Sorry about all the questions.. I'm about to do a major wiring job with some 1/0 so I'd like some opinions.

To date I've been using welding wire but I think I might want to use something prettier this time
