I'd say lots of cone/port area, power, and a low-tuned box... not that I can do one or anything.

I'd take a gander at over 148ish db.
My 4 15" Maw's can't do one (I haven't tried, but I have a sneaking suspision they can't).

you more so need a low tune than anything. lower tuning will do hair tricks easier than higher tuning from my experiences. i could do hair tricks with a single 9912 low tuned in my winter beater.
low tune + power or cone area = hair tricks
