I made that phone call and talked to kicker's customer service....

They do not and cannot repair woofers... If you break/blow one that is under warranty they simply send you a replacement....

Brandon must have lucked out and his dealer sent it in under warranty even though the warranty was up..... I had that feeling all along, as I already knew some kicker dealers were notorious for this and I was already pretty sure kicker didnt offer recones or any other type of repair....


Anyone who has a blown kicker sub that is out of warranty can PM me and I might be able to help you out...
