So I am trying to find a processor that does it all, 3 way acrtive(> then 12db slope) plus sub maybe also center channel) that has T\a and EQ features.

It seems like the only game in town is either the alpine H701 (or H700) or the PPI DCX-730.

Is there anything else?

dcx will do only 3 way, unless you run sub off the deck, right?

well, most people on here and diyma, eca as well as other forums will probably agree that 701 is best bang for the buck to get the 4way setup running, aside from deck solutions like drz, pioneer p and that's about it?
i think some guys managed to score 701 combo for around 600-700 these days? that's yummu.

not even talkin about f1, cuz it's way too expensive.

or, carPC and a bunch of money in software...

Another vote for the Alpine 700/701. Sorta wish I didn't sell mine..

Rockford 360.2, or rather a pair of them, will do it too. You need a Palm Pilot though or maybe a laptop if they have that sorted out now.

I'll be using a Macrom EXT.A1DSP pretty soon. I'm not 100% if it has the features that you want out of it, but it's worth a look.

here's a screen shot when you have it hooked up to a laptop

Right regarding the DCX, it only does 3 way. I guess that's the minimum I really need.

Never though of two 3sixty.2 but at that price may as well just get h701. But RF has the advantage of being able to use a laptop, and that's very tempting.

The Macrom EXT.A1DSP only does 2 way +sub and center, it doesn't say they can be combined like with the alpine unit.

Also for 3 way,I found the pioneer DEQ-9200 although it's not super flexible and has really low output voltage.

I really like the macrom and RF units because they can be tuned with a laptop, that seems awesome.

I hope it's awesome.. Although I'll be making my own laptop out of a POS computer my friend has.

When you bought that DCX a while back, weren't you doing the same kind of research? Shoulda just bought the H701 then. Would you have saved you a fair bit of money AND been more flexible. Anyway, I'd say go for the Alpine. Great unit. I myself am going to use an Alto Drive30 that I bought but they are not available new anymore. It also has computer interface, but has no remote device to operate it.
