Which one?

I already know of all of the specs but can't seem to decide on the both.

D901 - Amazing screen quality, top-notch features, expensive.
D300 - Unbeatable touchscreen with touch-DVD menu option, lack of hi-volt preouts, cheap.

I need your opinions guys, I can't seem to decide myself. I'm like a big asian kid in a candy shop. Help me choose . . .

ivad901 great picture and mulitple vid in and outs, comes with remote control, should be able to get a 901 for around 2699.95

i have d300 and i tell u that the touch screen pulse thing is stupid, i turned mine off. and lack of 4v outs sucks! I assumed it had 4v out b/c its a $2000 deck but it doesnt, peice of crap

If the 901 is a brand new 2004 piece shouldn't it not already have the software upgrade installed?
